For you and your inmates benefit all orders will be shipped priority mail 1-3 business days with delivery confirmation. Priority shipping is more costly than standard media mail. The problem with media mail is that it does not follow your inmate as they are transferred through the prison system, therefore your inmate may never receive their package. With priority shipping and delivery confirmation we are able to keep track of every package shipped and guarantee delivery. Tracking and delivery information is available on request. Once your package reaches the facility, delivery to inmate times vary from unit to unit. Generally your inmate will receive their package within two days after it reaches the facility.

In step 2 of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to provide us with the shipping address. ATTENTION PAYPAL USERS: PayPal automatically uses your billing information for shipping, therefore a separate shipping information section has been provided for PayPal users. If you do not know the complete shipping address, please give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist you.

We have tried our best to accomodate the majority with our shipping rates. Since our products are many different sizes, weights and prices, we try to use flat rate priority boxes whenever possible and cost effective to our customers. All other orders are shipped priority by weight. Spending to the limit of a particular shipping bracket will help you get the most out of your budget.
